發(fā)動機螺栓應(yīng)變計檢測標定
螺栓應(yīng)變計一款用于螺栓軸向應(yīng)變測試的傳感器。在螺栓的角帽中心打一個直徑很小的盲孔，在孔內(nèi)安裝埋入式應(yīng)變計，經(jīng)封膠固化等處理后，放在拉壓力試驗機_上進行標定，即給出螺栓所受軸向力和軸向應(yīng)變的關(guān)系。
標定過程
標定曲線：
經(jīng)過標定以后，既可以得到螺栓軸向應(yīng)變和螺栓軸向力的的關(guān)系，客戶可以將標定好的應(yīng)變計安裝在被測結(jié)構(gòu)上，加上載荷后通過應(yīng)變計采集螺栓的軸向應(yīng)變值，根據(jù)標定文件將應(yīng)變換算成螺栓當時所受的軸向力。
供貨方式：
