俄羅斯INTRON MH6-24鋼絲繩檢測(cè)儀在磁頭內(nèi)部的鋼絲繩部分通過(guò)縱向施加很強(qiáng)的稀有地磁鐵來(lái)飽和磁化，對(duì)鋼絲繩缺陷處的漏磁和磁通量的信號(hào)變化來(lái)檢測(cè)鋼絲繩的損傷如：斷絲、磨損、腐蝕和變形等缺陷，確保及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題和更換。俄羅斯INTRON MH6-24鋼絲繩檢測(cè)儀能定量地檢測(cè)出線(xiàn)纜的金屬截面積損失（LMA）和探測(cè)局部缺陷（LF），如斷線(xiàn)等非連續(xù)性缺陷或鋼絲繩結(jié)構(gòu)中的局部變化。當(dāng)鋼絲繩金屬截面有改變時(shí)，磁場(chǎng)就被破壞，磁漏就在不規(guī)則處局部增強(qiáng)，信號(hào)并被傳感器記錄下來(lái)傳輸?shù)交締卧鎯?chǔ)和處理。
